Mumsfit has a range of classes to suit many ante and post natal needs including classes that you can take your baby to which means no need for childcare (Buggyfit, Fit Back and Bump and Daytime FoFooFunClub). There are plenty of opportunities to get your core and pelvic floor back into activity and also learn how diet and lifestyle can influence these factors. If you are well beyond your early post natal phase then you can step things up with a Kettlebell training class and further on there are workshops and classes for the female into the perimenopause and beyond phase of life.
