If you are used to being active there is no reason why this shouldn't continue through your pregnancy, Pregnancy Fit aims to keep you flexible, active and strong through this time. The class focuses on exercises that work on areas that become weak and tight due to the postural changes that occur during your pregnancy. You will be working with other pregnant women so there will also be time to chat and make new friends.
