A 90 minute massage will work through the entire body to find and treat any problematic areas that are under more stress during these times. 

Massage is particularly helpful following a c section as the body has been through more of a traumatic experience.  The healing phase of the c section procedure can cause restrictions throughout the body due to our extensive and well connected fascial system.  

Pregnancy massage can start from 12 weeks and can continue as long as you feel comfortable.  Positions used are high supported lying and supported side lying.  Postnatal massage can begin anytime following the birth with an initial visit in the comfort of your own home.
