After having a baby everyone will feel unfit to a certain degree due to body changes that occur.  Without a certain level of fitness it is difficult to keep going in the world of being a mum and you don't need to 'be fit' to come to a class in the first place either!  Work at your own pace and you will surprise yourself  that if you do some exercise on a regular basis then your fitness level will improve.  Mumsfit classes are designed with this in mind.
